The specifications of the vehicles actually offered by Alpha Mobility SA may vary depending on their production year, configuration, version and availability. The homologation of a model or vehicle does not guarantee that all functions originally intended for its market of origin are available or authorised in Switzerland.

 

6. WARRANTY AND AFTERSALES SERVICE

The vehicles do not necessarily benefit from the Xiaomi manufacturer’s warranty applicable in their market of origin. The warranty terms offered to the customer are defined and communicated by Alpha Mobility SA before the sale is concluded. The warranty period, scope of coverage, exclusions and claim procedures are set out in the contractual documents provided to the customer. Service, assistance and aftersales support in Switzerland are organised by Alpha Mobility SA in accordance with the terms agreed with the customer. Any warranty or service mentioned on the Website is subject to the contractual terms applicable to the relevant vehicle.
